1901 Farmhouse Weddings

Are you planning an Elopement or Micro-Wedding?

We have two Farmhouse Elopement or Micro-Wedding Packages - a day package, and a weekend package.  

The 1901 Farmhouse Day package is $2500.  It includes seating for a reception dinner for up to 24 people indoors or up to 60 people outdoors with a tent rental from The Tent Guys. The 1901 Farmhouse is a self-service rental and does not include a CCW staff venue host.

The 1901 Farmhouse Two Night package includes lodging for up to 10 people.  The farmhouse has four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a modern farmhouse kitchen, laundry and social areas.         

The Farmhouse is separate from our main venue and does not include our Wedding in the Woods ceremony site or Fern Hall, our reception space.  These packages do, however, include everything our beautiful 1901 Farmhouse and the surrounding open fields have to offer including a pair of magnificent wedding trees (pictured above), and a petite vintage white wooden barn for ceremony backdrops.

Farmhouse Day Elopement Package:  $2500 + taxes

• Choice of three distinct outdoor ceremony sites with different looks and feels:

  1. Under a pair of majestic trees in a field just to the left of the 1901 Farmhouse

  2. In front of a small white barn located in front of the 1901 Farmhouse

  3. The front porch with guests seated on both sides of the sidewalk facing the 1901 Farmhouse

• No need to rent tables and chairs for the ceremony and reception, Tables and chairs for 24 people are included. Additional tables, chairs and linens may be rented from us.

• Indoor reception in the Farmhouse (with air conditioning) for up to 24 people OR up to 60 people outside on the lawn (tent rental required in case of inclement weather)

• Modern farmhouse kitchen and laundry

• 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms for getting ready 

• Access to the Farmhouse property from 9am - 11pm, music ends by 10:00 pm

• If you choose a Monday-Wednesday wedding date, you may add the Wedding in the Woods ceremony site for an additional $500. 

Farmhouse Two Night Micro Wedding Package:  $3650 + fees + taxes

Day package plus the following:

• Two nights lodging for up to 10

• Four bedrooms with beds and linens for 10 (four queens and two twins)

• Three full baths with linens

• Rehearsal the day prior to wedding

• Indoor tables and chairs up to 24 people for rehearsal dinner or brunch

• Tables and chairs for 24 people outdoors are included. Additional tables, chairs and linens may be rented from us.
