Caterers & Bartenders
Caterers, please bear left at the fork to unload through the side door of the Lodge. Once unloaded, parking is available in our parking lot. You are welcome to drive back up to the Lodge to re-load.
Most of our couples have their food service set up as a buffet in the Lodge with guests entering through the double doors at the front of the building and exiting through the side door closest to the reception barn. Please set up the buffet accordingly.
When quoting a wedding reception, please note that we require full service catering. Here’s our helpful catering checklist
Bartenders, please use our paved area for unloading which will be on your right as you approach the buildings.
Preapproval is required. Please print, fill out, scan and email to Carolinacountryweddings@gmail.com

There is a small brown, paved parking area/patio that can be used for unloading. This area is connected to the main patio with a lovely winding sidewalk and is ideal for transporting carts and rolling equipment to the bridal suite.
